Benefits

At DRS Tactical Systems, we possess the unique quality of genuinely caring about the well being of each and every employee. This quality is exemplified through the benefits programs that we offer. All regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in a benefits program that includes the following:

Medical Insurance
DRS Tactical Systems has a comprehensive and flexible medical insurance plan. Regardless of an employee's family status, DRS Tactical Systems will cover 80% of the costs of the plan for all full-time regular employees. The employee contributes only 20% of the costs.

Dental Insurance
DRS Tactical Systems offers a dental plan to all full-time regular employees.

Life Insurance
The company provides life insurance at no cost to all full-time regular employees. Employees also have the option of purchasing additional life insurance for the employee or for a spouse and/or children.
